Dates and prices:

Friday 20 - Saturday 21 September at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh

 Delegate types:

1. DELEGATE Early bird (£50): For members of BAP, available until 9 August. You need to be logged in to receive this rate

2. DELEGATE member (£90):  For members, this rate reflects the added difficulty for the council/host managing late bookings. (From 8 August) You need to be logged in to receive this rate

3. DELEGATE non-member  (£200):  This rate reflects more closely the true cost of the conference, catering, venue hire etc. This rate applies to people who are not BAP members.

4. Delegate Sponsor (Free): For official sponsors to attend.  (3 free places for Supernova Sponsors, 2 free for StarSponsor and Sponsors, 1 for Entry Level Sponsor) You need to be logged in to receive this rate.

5. Host (free): Available for Host only.

If you have a guest who is only attending the evening meals, you do not have to register them as a delegate but we ask you inform us during registration, A supplementary fee will be charged to cover the cost of the meal, which can be paid upon arrival.

Moon Calendars are available to all members of BAP, even if you are not attending, we ask you order your calendars through this registration form.

Bursaries

The BAP committee are occasionally able to offer bursaries to support BAP members who would otherwise be unable to attend the BAP conference.

Conference Extras

If you require a guest ticket for one of the conference dinners, this can be purchased below. There is also an option of the Friday night Whiskey Tasting. This is to enable those who cannot purchase these through their business account.
